Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payments by credit or debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the U.K - place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We will advise you of the delivery cost before processing your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. |
| Shipping And Handling For orders over £50 all prices include next day delivery of in-stock items within mainland U.K. If your order is under £50 then a shipping and processing charge of £8 is applied to your order for next day delivery of in-stock items within mainland UK. We also ship equipment worldwide and will advise you of the cost before processing your order. |
| Delivery Schedule In stock items ordered by 3.00pm will normally be despatched the same day by overnight courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If any item you order is out of stock we will despatch to you as soon as possible and in some cases the manufacturer may deliver direct to you. If any item is likely to be delayed for more than 1 week we will contact you and offer you the option of waiting or choosing an alternative product. |

| Returns Policy We will meet all our legal obligations regarding product returns but if you have any doubts about the suitability of a piece of equipment for your needs please discuss it with us. We are happy to offer advice and we like to get to know our customers, which seems to work because many of you have been coming back to us for quite a few years now. If you change your mind, we will give a refund, provided that the item is returned within 14 days, in an as new condition, with all packaging and accessories undamaged, and subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% to cover our administration and delivery costs. |
| Remittance Terms Orders are normally charged to your credit/debit card on despatch. If you intend buying from us regularly you may apply for a credit account and your orders could still be placed via the website but then invoiced for payment on terms to be agreed. |
