The DPA d:fine microphone is a headworn microphone.
Several versions are available, the one advertised here is the standard model, 110mm Boom, single-ear, omni capsule with microdot connector.

 This microphone kit is made for film or TV production where the microphone needs to be invisible.
The kit contains a 4071 miniature microphone (pre-equalized for speech clarity) and various microphone concealment fixtures, specially designed to solve both hiding and clothing noise problems.
It is possible to use the 4071 with most professional wireless system. The kit is delivered in a sturdy, hard case with a transparent lid leaving room for the connection adapter.

 The SMK4061 Stereo Microphone Kit is a cost-effective and flexible stereo recording solution aimed at project studios and for discreet mic setup on stage.
The SMK4061 combines two DPA 4061s omnidirectional miniature microphones, Lo-Sens, with a variety of mounting accessories. These include the BLM6000 Boundary Layer Mount, which can be used in conjunction with a 4061 (or any of DPA’s miniature mics) to place the mic on a reflective boundary such as a floor, wall, ceiling, piano lid etc, enabling them to capture the ambient sound of the area. The sound captured from this “pressure zone” has higher sensitivity, clarity and intelligibility compared to the sound captured from the "free air" and serves as a kind of acoustical zoom.
Also included in the kit is among others the DMM0007 soft rubber holder. This allows all kinds of instruments, from acoustic guitar through grand piano to drums, to be mounted in the best-sounding position, using special non-marking adhesive discs

Holder for miniature microphones. The DMM0017 creates distance to the capsule to minimize clothes- and fabric noise and it is prepared for both left and right mounting.
It is used with omnidirectional microphones that pick up the sound perfectly, no matter which direction the microphone is placed in.
The rear cable hook controls cable run behind clothes and improves minimum visual appearance.

The windscreens are made of foam. The size and contruction of the foam ensures that the windscreens do not attenuate the higher frequencies more than the tolerance field of the microphone frequency response and simultaneously it provides excellent protection from wind and pop-noises. The size of the windscreens make them discreet in all applications.
